This poster presents a mixed-methods study examining predictors of NCLEX-RN pass rates among Baccalaureate nursing students. Significant predictors included higher prerequisite GPA, English as a first language and HESI med-surg and exit exam scores. A survey was also sent to students to gather their perceptions of the NCLEX-RN exam.
