Patient tracers can be an invaluable tool in the accrediation preparation process. Patient tracers can highlight potential compliance issues and prepare staff for the survey process. The idea of using patient tracers for accreditation preparation is not new, however, tracers have a tendency to become stale and boring. This presentation will introduce fun, creative, ways to breathe new life into patient tracers!
