The purpose of the presentation is to introduce/expand on evidence-based nursing from a diverse practice perspective. The presentation includes how to assess the need for/develop an evidence-based culture and how to manage appropriate resources in nursing organizations. EBN will be discussed from both the nurse consumer and nurse generator perspective.
