Abstract
Outcomes of one week STEM program for 26 high school and undergraduate students focused on awareness, risk factors, etiology, complications and treatment options of patients with chronic kidney disease. The educational program included workshops, conferences and active participation of patients in the technology and science behind the treatment with dialysis.
