Abstract
Mindfulness decreases psychological distress and improves QOL in many people. Little is known regarding the effects of mindfulness interventions on cancer caregivers. Findings may suggest the incorporation of mindfulness to decrease caregiver's psychological distress and increase caregiver's quality of life that may be reflected in decreased morbidity and mortality.
