Abstract
Strategies used in facilitating transformational learning among an interprofessional team of students in a primary care clinical setting will be presented. Interprofessional coaches encourage students to communicate and collaborate on a common patient centered goal. Students are asked to reflect and identify their role among the interprofessional team.
