The shortage of doctoral nurses has prompted creative and innovative ways of delivering practice focused education to busy nursing executives and educational leaders. The focus of this presentation centers on the journey from the curricular development and accreditation process through the implementation of Practice Learning Experiences and Capstone Projects.
