Abstract
The purpose of this presentation is to describe the best reward types perceived by registered nurse (RNs) in Finland. A cross sectional, descriptive questionnaire survey of registered nurses (n=402) in Finland was conducted in 2015. The study is a part of a research project of RNs' rewarding in Finland.
