Abstract
Escalating patient and family needs, community imperatives, intra-professional dynamics, economic and marketplace challenges and regulatory and compliance scrutiny continue to cause an inordinate amount of stress and burnout in those leading our industry and profession. This presentation cracks the code to unlocking the essential attributes that leaders must possess to optimize their effectiveness and to achieve our vision. Exemplars of leaders who successfully apply these attributes will be explored that will inspire everyone in attendance.
