The file attached to this record is the October 2015 issue of ANDER, INDEN's peer-reviewed journal. This journal evolved from the INDEN Newsletter which served the organization well for many years. Since 2013 the journal has acknowledged the excellence of submitted manuscripts by having them peer-reviewed. This edition of the journal shows the many variations and richness of experiences in doctoral programs from various countries. In the peer-reviewed section, Drs Waxman, Maxworthy and Barter describe how one school developed a Doctor of Nursing Practice program and how they addressed issues related to the final project of this type of professional or clinical doctoral degree program. Dr Linda Scott and colleagues from INDEN then reflect on the organisation’s most recent conference and the potential role of INDEN in providing leadership for the further development of doctoral education in nursing around the globe.
