True collaboration is a crucial component of implementing change and promoting a healthy work environment in the healthcare setting. This project highlights the significance of collaboration in implementing a standardized prenatal breastfeeding education curriculum. The outcome demonstrated successful improvement in breastfeeding initiation rates and achievement of Baby Friendly Hospital Designation.
