This presentation will discuss findings from an original research study done to learn more about the experiences of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Gleaning from lessons learned, this presentation will provide ideas for optimizing a healthy work environment for nurses and supporting successful transition of graduate nurses into professional practice.
