The aim of this evidence-based practice project is to implement and evaluate a training program for healthcare personnel that will assist in identifying patients who are food insecure and increase food security.
This study was funded by the Daisy Foundation grant, the Health Equity Grant for Research and EBP, Addressing Social Detrimants of Health.
