To convey leadership growth of the scholar during NFLA. Leading an accelerated BSN faculty team through integrative team teaching implementation illustrated multiple ways the scholar’s leadership skills improved team performance. Team teaching project enhanced student learning and engagement in classroom, fostered collaboration and integration of expertise within faculty team.
