Abstract
The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), forgiveness and compassion satisfaction in nurses. In addition, the study sought to determine the impact of forgiveness, as a moderator on the relationship of adverse childhood experiences and compassion satisfaction. Lastly, this study explored which demographic characteristics serve as predictors of forgiveness and compassion satisfaction in a select population of nurses.
