The purpose of the Nightingale Challenge is to help develop the next generation of young nurses and midwives as leaders, practitioners, and advocates in health, and to demonstrate that nursing and midwifery are exciting and rewarding careers.
The Nightingale Challenge will focus on the following objectives:
- Grow and develop leadership skills
- Connect with experienced nurse leader mentors
- Network with other nurses globally
The embedded and attached video shares the author’s Leadership Journey as part of their experience as a Nightingale Challenge participant.
