Nursing Now Challenge
This collection houses the presentations of participants in the Nursing Now Challenge and may contain other educational materials related to this academy.
Sigma launched two inaugural cohorts of the Nightingale Challenge (Jan - Dec 2020 and Aug 2020 - July 2021), an initiative that is part of the Nursing Now Challenge to champion the World Health Organization’s International Year of the Nurse and the Midwife.
The purpose of the challenge is to help develop the next generation of young nurses and midwives as leaders, practitioners, and advocates in health, and to demonstrate that nursing and midwifery are exciting and rewarding careers.
The presentations contained in this collection reflect the outcomes and acquired skills of the scholars' projects undertaken as part of the academy.
