The purpose of the Nurse Leadership Academy for Practice (NLAP) is to provide nurse leaders at the forefront of nursing practice a unique learning structure designed to prepare them to thrive in our rapidly changing healthcare environment. The academy utilizes innovative strategies needed to lead interprofessional and culturally diverse team projects to improve health outcomes throughout their various healthcare systems.

The presentations contained in this collection reflect the outcomes and acquired skills of the scholars' projects undertaken as part of the academy.
