New Academic Leadership Academy
This collection houses the presentations of participants in the New Academic Leadership Academy and may contain other educational materials related to this academy.
This academy is specifically focused to enhance the leadership skills and career trajectory of those in their first 5 years of the academic appointment. Through the academy, participants will be given the tools and resources to develop new leadership skills and refine and bolster confidence in current skills.
The presentations contained in this collection reflect the outcomes and acquired skills of the scholars' projects undertaken as part of the academy.
