The investigator will discuss whether or not implementing a pandemic protocol utilizing the Infection Control Assessment Tool developed by the CDC to conduct observations, administer pre-test, educate clinical staff, and administer post-assessments will decrease the rate of COVID-19 infections among staff after implementing the protocol.
