Abstract
A direct correlation exists between nurse fatigue and an increased incidence of errors in the workplace (Zion & Shochat, 2019). This project identified evidence-based strategies aimed at reducing the amount of errors during the night shift to improve quality, safety, and to promote a healthier work environment.
