Abstract
This multi-site study aimed to determine the effects of mentoring undergraduate nursing students from ethnic minority and socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds in research, promoting faculty-student relationships and student well-being. This study offers positive results linked to mentoring programs to support ethnic minority and socioeconomically disadvantaged students.
