Presentation of an innovative interprofessional evidence-based framework for understanding, mitigating, and treating compassion fatigue for nurses. This is the first phase in a multi-phased project with the main goal of creating a sustainable pathway for preventing compassion fatigue by increasing subjective vitality among nursing faculty, staff, and students.
