Abstract
The Neuroscience Nursing Academy was created in an effort to bridge the gap between nursing school and specialty practice for nurses with less than one year experience. The Neuro Academy utilizes multidisciplinary speakers to present diverse neuroscience topics to enhance nurse competency, interdisciplinary collaboration and patient outcomes.
