Abstract
Failure to uphold the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics (ANA, 2018) which prohibits disruptive behaviors within the workplace, gravely impacts the health and well-being of all nurses. The fair treatment of others with respect and communication that fosters unity and conflict resolution, contributes to creating healthy workplaces for nurses.
