Abstract
This study aimed to develop and test the “retention empowerment program” based on positive psychology. Findings showed that this program increase the retention positive energy, psychological empowerment, nursing commitment, job satisfaction, and intention to stay. We recommend nurse managers may adopt this program to enhance nurses' retention in nursing.
