Abstract
In this quasi-experimental study, interprofessional student teams performed home visits of super-utilizers of the healthcare system. Outcomes of patients visited by students were compared to outcomes of patients who did not receive visits by students. Results showed patients receiving student visits had statistically significant fewer 30-Day hospital readmissions.
