Abstract
Nurses and healthcare employees worldwide are dealing with an increase in the rate of horizontal violence in all environments of healthcare. Horizontal violence is a repetitive act of violence that affects the entire organization and leads to poor patient outcomes, unhealthy work environments, and poor healthcare overall.
