Abstract
Systemic, organization, and healthcare provider and individual barriers for racial-ethnic minorities result in health disparities and dissatisfaction with healthcare experiences. Nurses can adapt the health care delivery system to meet their unique needs by advocating for the institutional incorporation of culturally competent interventions.
