Shared Governance (SG) is a structure that promotes professional practice environments and a positive impact on patient outcomes. The senior nursing leadership of Emmanuel Hospital Association/India recognized a need for a SG structure and is conducting a research study to ensure effective implementation of a contextualized model of SG.
