Abstract
With the profession's most experienced nurses retiring, addressing lost knowledge presents a challenge and opportunity for nurse leaders. This presentation will offer practical and proven techniques, gleaned from manufacturing, engineering, business, and technology industries, that nurse leaders can incorporate in their organizations to stem the critical loss of expert knowledge.
