Abstract
Nursing assessment begins with report. The current evidence for teaching nursing students how to engage in report will be discussed. Participants will learn how a low-fidelity classroom simulation serves as an active learning method (Waltz, Jenkins, & Han, 2014). For over 10 years this method has engaged undergraduate nursing students.
