Screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment (SBIRT) is an evidence-based intervention for substance use disorder; however, rate of implementation is low. This project describes the localized process of SBIRT delivery across multiple facilities within one health system. Implementation of any evidence-based intervention should consider localization within each practice environment.
