Abstract
This project was the combining of 60+ years of experience as Nurse Educators and a community of nursing students who were preparing to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). To increase the student’s knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary to successfully pass the exam, members of a state nursing chapter created, planned and offered an NCLEX Challenge Event.

Description
I have created this poster about a community nursing education event that the Green River Chapter, of the Kentucky Nurses Association, developed and invited our local graduating nursing students to participate in as they were preparing to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). It was an evening of celebration of the student's accomplishments while having a friendly competition as the college teams answered NCLEX-RN styled and formatted questions along with receiving the rationales for the correct answer. There was food, prizes and a traveling trophy with plans to continue this event each year!
