Recently, a school of nursing completed a curriculum redesign moving to a modified concept-based program. While NCLEX-RN pass rates were high, leadership sought improved student satisfaction and outcomes through streamlining and reorganizing the curriculum. The Modified Nursing Student Satisfaction Scale (Chen & Lo, 2012) was incorporated in the study.
