The (Author's) Model of Ethics addresses the major tenets of ethics including advocacy, dignity, humanity, integrity, and leadership. The major concepts, related to ethical decision making, surround the central concept of authenticity. Students can draw upon the concepts of this model, in an effort, to make ethical decisions in practice.
