This ongoing project details how global collaboration within a shared specialty can positively affect critical care outreach services. An evolving relationship between two Critical Care Outreach Teams is presented with discussion of resulting quality improvement initiatives, identification and implementation of best practices, and considerations for global collaboration sustainability.
