Abstract
A pilot program was launched in 2017 to provide nurses with a professional development opportunity, operationalizing the role of an evidence-based practice (EBP) change champion to improve organizational priorities. Formal training is a key element in a comprehensive EBP program to facilitate nurse-led EBP across the care continuum.
