Arm Swing Exercise Program is moderate intensity aerobic exercise being cost-effective and convenient to perform resulting in muscle contraction and relaxation. ASE assists to muscle glucose energy use resulting in reducing BS and free fatty acids leading to increase skeletal muscle,decreased waist circumference,BMI and visceral fat in persons with diabetes.
