The purpose of this study was to explore the transitional life experiences of patients with type 1 diabetes on age 16-25 years old. Including 6 themes: hibernation, breakthrough, frustration, worries, worry and find the way out. The results are offered as a reference for the empirical guidelines of clinical care.
