An exploration of the perceptions and experiences of 13 graduate nurses regarding the theory-practice gap as experienced by them, and additionally to identify their impression of the usefulness of simulation technology during pre-licensure preparation in enhancing their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice upon transition as independent clinicians.
