The Institute of Medicine recommends the extension of NP fellowship programs to assess competencies after completion of licensure (2011). The initiative will evaluate NP satisfaction between NPs who have not completed a fellowship versus NPs who have utilizing online DNP discussion groups across the United States, Emory, and MD Anderson.
