New careers in nursing (NCIN) data results: Application of research findings

New Careers in Nursing Pre Immersion Program (PIP) data was analyzed in order to identify any relationship to student success in accelerated nursing programs. The findings were used to develop a PIP program. This program will describe the PIP and guide other programs in replicating a PIP program.
