Connecting across borders to catalyze nursing education advancement catalyzed communication to share evidence based educational strategies, strengthening all participating institutions. The Thai Ministry of Public Health collaborated with a major US university school of nursing to implement reflective practice as a change agent to improve Thai nursing educational outcomes.
