This presentation combines research efforts of two studies -- phenomenological perspective of nurses transitioning into practice after interprofessional education, and a phenomenological study looking at ethics in nursing practice. A combination of ethics and interprofessional education will be explored to develop authentic, global, health care practitioners engaging in ethical decision-making.
