Abstract
The innovative creation and use of a national pool of adjunct faculty alleviates DNP faculty strain, ensures a more effective use of doctorally-prepared faculty, and supplements chair/committee/student manuscript evaluation with the promise of increasing the caliber of DNP manuscripts.
