A survey on nurse work life was conducted with licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in Alberta, Canada. Close to 16,000 LPNs were invited to participate. Practice environment, burnout, resilience, intention to stay, and nurse health were examined. This comprehensive dataset is unlike any previously collected on this nursing group in Alberta.
