The AACN's Healthy Work Environment Standards serve as solid guidelines for creating a healthy work atmosphere in the clinical setting. Academe is the starting point for teaching and modeling a culture of support and acceptance. This presentation will explore the implementation of the AACN's standards in the academic setting.
