Nursing requires a supportive environment for faculty scholarship to flourish. The Scholarship in Progress Peer Support (SIPPS) group supports faculty scholarship in progress from peer feedback. The SIPPS group fosters intellectual enrichment and professional development to support the organizational culture of wellness.
