Teambuilding: A critical step in creating a healthy work environment in schools of nursing

Team building, civility training, and American Association of Critical-Care Nurses healthy work environment activities were included in a plan to build a supportive work environment in a school of nursing that had endured much turnover in faculty and leadership. The plan was successful in reducing turnover and improving morale.
